Hyach

PHYSIOLOGY:  Hyach craniums are characterized by a very marked division of the skull; possibly physically separating their one brain into two separate lobes or housing two distinct brains.

PSI ABILITY:  The Hyach view telepathy as completely normal. Thus, they do not regulate them as the humans do. The Hyach have and continue to encourage the introduction of the telepathic gene into all bloodlines.
