It seems to me that I have very good luck with dragon drops. As of my first posting of this, I've already had 5 and I'm only combat level 106.

1st: Dragon Plateskirt from Iron Dragon
2nd: Dragon Medium Helmet from Barrows
3rd: Shield Left Half from Shadow Warrior
4th: Dragon Spear from Dustdevil
5th: Shield Left Half from Dustdevil
6th: Dragon Chainbody from Kalphite Queen
7th: Dragon Medium Helmet from Nechryael
8th: Dragon Platelegs from Iron Dragon
9th: Dragon Plateskirt from Iron Dragon
10th: Dragon Plateskirt from Iron Dragon
11th: Dragon Axe (hatchet) from Dagannoth Rex
12th: Dragon Spear from Dark Beast

There are a total of eight different dragon items that can be dropped by monsters. Proceeded by the number of each I've had, they are:

2 - Dragon Medium Helmet
2 - Left Half of the Dragon Square Shield
2 - Dragon Spear
1 - Dragon Chainbody
1 - Dragon Platelegs
3 - Dragon Plateskirt
1 - Dragon Axe (hatchet)
0 - Dragon 2-handed Sword

Note: At this point I'm totally unaware as to how getting dragon arrows or darts works, and have not included them in the list above.

Yes I have. It ain't a dragon weapon/armor though, so I don't count it as a dragon drop.

so how long did it take you to get one from the monsters? I know that one of my friends , lvl 112, stayed up there for like a month straight and got like 4 whips

I got it like 10 or so hours after I hit 85 slayer.

But anyways, that was then. I'm rather sick of killing dustdevils trying to get a dragon chain, but I'm considering killing the kalphite queen to get one.

Yes, I can solo it. It takes me 3 trips or so, but I can solo it. I killed one on my own yesterday. It dropped 500 mithril arrows.

Whips are not a common enough drop from abyssal demons for me to EVER consider giving one out free.

I killed the Kalphite Queen in 3 trips, the toughest monster in the game. Prior to the release of the Desert Treasure quest, it was the only monster in the game that could drop a dragon chainmail.

heh, I figured you would say that, and btw thats awesome that you were able to get the queen by yourself

so you got the drag chain now right?

does the queen always drop a chain?

Oh no. The dragon chain is an uncommon drop from the kalphite queen.

I'm gonna create another topic and list the loot I've gotten from it.

I never noted that I added the dragon 2h sword to the list of dragon drops, but I did that months ago.

I'd also like to note that I successfully got my first dragon axe (hatchet) drop today! Yay! ^_^

Heads up guys. Later this month, Jagex is introducing the fabled Mithril Dragon. Level in the 300s. It will be able to drop the Dragon Full Helm.
