A few suggestions

Perhaps making the default post font colour a little lighter and maybe the post background a little darker? Light blue on medium blue is slightly differcult to read especially for some depending on thier monitor.

And FJ now has sub forums, no? So DWF and WS can be links instead of redirecting forums now, can they not?

FJ is running slow again too.
