Postby OmegaFrost » Thu Mar 18, 2004 1:26 am

Once again a bit of a strange act for Trevet his Mace came sweeping down at Le hitting the half elven flesh with suh force as to knock her to the gorund.... a foot away. Trevet was not however abel to escape the shurikan aimed at himself. It burst straight through his heart coming out the other side. Trevet stood there he raised his head and glared at Tsu, jsut before he fell over dead.

Tsu ran towards the body, quickly pulling out a small dirk, he beheaded Trevet. He put the head in a bag, where many heads before had gone. He looked at Le, "I cannot wait for you to come too, I shall find you again and kill you." Tsu said. His voice peircing the conscious of Le where she could hear it. He was gone.

Tsu, turned to her. "Pray our paths do not cross again, or it will be your demise." Tsu said silently. He then took to the air, disappearing into the sky.

Hearing Rao and tao Lu, Erelen came to Ace, and spoke to him in secrecy. Then, after saying farewell properly to Rao and his friends, Erelen joined his troops in the meditation, waiting for the total darkness to march. He had hope either CC or news of him will come before starting to march. He had promised to arrive to Khadrim in three days, and this was the evening of the third day...

Tsu came to Khadrim late at night. He entered the courtyard where many of the generals sat. It was in the middle of the large city. Tsu came to Karras who sat with Rao, still prayer. Erelen was there also. "Here is Trevet." Tsu said as he threw the head onto the table and walked back to his chair he sat in earlier.

Erelen wore a semblant of sadness. He had hoped Trevet had overcome the evil inside. He felt pity for the poor creature.

Sulhen arrived with the reply of CC.
Only 15.000. Their attack would be a surprise attack and they would face the weakest troops of the rearguard, many of them reconverted in artillery operators, car drivers, cooks, because their poor soldiership… Still 15.000 against two or three hundred thousand was too unbalanced. And the orcs of Reven that CC was leading, even if they were well prepared and equipped, were still small orcs.
If they only have had the Azraks…At least from Sulhen he saw CC was already arriving to the Camp of Khadrim.

It was already dark, so he summoned the generals. After confirming all orc scouts had been captured, and that the enemy would not know about his strategy, he ordered the troops to start moving. The Magicians of Khadrim, with the aid of the Powerful Circle of Fire, threw a blanket of ignorance over the troops, so no bird and no spell will discover them in their nightly march.
As the troops started to march, he mentally went through all the allies he would count with. Reven was there with his 15.000 orcs, Tar will meet the march a little further with his dwarves. Cragstone had sent some of his men, and they followed Khadrims troop to become the rearguard. The forest elves had sent an emissary confirming they had filled the borders of the Dark Forest road with traps and they were ready to fight in the second ambush. The big Eagles were as well ready near the KuanPing.
Only Halflings, Azraks, Ents and natives had not joined any front. He wished they had joined the alliance. Still he had some hope they will answer to the messengers he had sent them.
But they had not answered yet. And CC just arrived. So he ordered the elite company of the light infantry, some 10.000 strong elves, quick and mortal in their attacks, stealthy like the snake, to join the Wilderland Orcs. 25.000 was not much more than 15.000, but if the plans marched as planned, they could finish the orc rearguard with their mastery, stealth and surprise before they even noticed what was going on.

Another ace behind his sleeve was the Magicians from the Circle of Fire. They were not included anywhere in the strategy, and they were a destabilizing force. He went to Serpentes and Karras and ask them where they though they would be more useful.

"Wherever you would like us. There are around 5000 of us." Serpentes said. "Actually, The Artilery is where we will go. We can cast spells on the cannons, and also light them faster." Karras added.

Soon, Rao, Tsu, Tao Lu and Degamra were gone. Many elves watched them fly away. Not knowing the fate of the 4 seemingly unimportant men.

The artillery was also were I though you would be more useful. Rao believes the dragons will not come for us, but wyverns and other air attacks are to be expected. Also from there you would be able to see more clearly if your support is needed anywhere else.

Erelen then looked at his four friends wondering if he will ever see them again

The army marched with a light peace. It was important to be rested for the battle, but more important was to reach the positions and prepare the ambushes on time. They will have time to rest while waiting for the Dark Army. Messengers arrived from the vanguard that had taken the artillery to the mountain, and from the dwarves and forest elves confirming everything was going as planned.

Erelen welcomed CC and explained him the whole strategy. He introduced him to the Captains of the infantry that would go with the orcs to the first ambush.

Reven and the orcs, as soon as the rocks stop falling, should charge mounting on their wolves, and be followed by the elvish light infantry in a blitzkrieg attack on the rest of the orc rearguard. If they failed to use surprise and to strike like lightning they could get in trouble, as the rearguard were not mighty opponents but they will heavily outnumber them.

And they will attack without artilliery cover, as the artillery will focus on the body of the dark army at the other side of the wall of falling rocks. It would be to dangerous to have the artillery pounding to where our men would mix with the rearguard. However, if help was needed, the Magicians of the circle of fire will assit from the artillery higher ground.

He adviced that CC, and the strongest elven captains should concentrate on defeating the trolls and other big beasts who carried and operated the artifacts. They were not great warriors but they would be very strong.

After the first ambush, and after defeating the rearguard, they should reorganize and stealthily follow the main body of the dark army, through the forest, avoiding the explosives, and only face them when the artilliery started pounding again in the road of the Dark Forest

After marching the whole night they reached the Dark Forest just before the morning. The meeting with the dwarves and with the forest elves was joyous. Although they knew of the terrible army that was approaching, everybody was full of hope when seeing such and army of brave soldiers united. The explorers had confirmed they had still a few days, so they camped and avoid moving at night, so it would be difficult to spot them. The next night they will march and reach their battle positions, where they would have still to wait a day or two for the enemy.

cc listened intently to the words of erelen. he knew that if anything were to go wrong it would end in a giant trajedy for their side.he spent the days training n focusing his energy,l enhancing his powers n honing his skills as much as possible.he took long walks thru the forests getting to kno his surroundings so he wouldnt fall into a trap or get backed into a situation he couldnt get out of.so thats how he spent his days, waiting......
