oh no, you don't know what gatorade is, i didn't think it was posible to find someone who didn't know what gatorade was, wow, you have to try it some time, i'll even pay for it, its like a dollor at 7-11

How big was the bottle? I've known myself to drink an entire bottle that was half of a gallon over the course of one day of the swim meet.

yes, we drink alot when doing sports and working out, but... just chug half a gallon of gatorade rather quickly and you'll see what i mean.

Would the effect simply be having to go to the bathroom really often? I've had enough powerade to do that to me quite a few times.

nah, if your referring to when in the pool, i dont swallow water, yet i find myself having to go to the bathroom three times in 2 hours.

I drink gatorade all the time. Mostly because of soccer. It's ok, but Trust me, it can get really bad. I don't know what would happen after 10 red bulls, though.

Not only does it refresh the body, but it tastes better too!

whenever i drank something during a soccer match, i always drank too much or too little. I also think it was a mistake to drink it cold.

Esp on those days where our offense just couldnt push it.

i used to play soccer. I quit playing when i got to the age where you had to do useless fancy tricks with the ball. Well, maybe not useless to most others, but all i play is D and a bit of midfield. And a damned aggresive D, too. I never let my team down. Ever.
