2008 - Merry Christmas!

Postby Megafrost » Thu Dec 25, 2008 5:17 pm

Merry Christmas everyone! What did you all get this fine holiday? Here's what I got:

Headset
Backpack
3 shirts - Zombie protest, recursion, thundercats
Order of the stick books - Start of Darkness, No Cure for the Paladin Blues
WoW game card
HD switch
Kid Icarus (NES)
Metal Gear (NES)
Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask (N64)
Shrimp (and lots of it!)

My stocking also contained some goodies, such as a slinky, symphony bar, strawberry-cream pocky, and some nerds, starburst and kisses. :D

Heh, my brother asked for Chrono Trigger, but he only got one video game this year (Star Wars Unleashed). I had no idea that Order of the Stick was published, and this spoon rest device looks a tad overpriced so power to you for getting one for Christmas!
Anyway, here's my haul:
1.) The Big Lebowski
2.) Once Upon a Time in China
3.) Blackadder the Third
4.) Spaced- the complete series
5.) The Wickerman (it was nice, but I already had the same copy :( )
6.) two copies of Evil Dead (probably going to give one away)
7.) two copies of Evil Dead2 (ditto)
8.) a used copy of Alexander (somebody went to the bargain bin for my present! :lila )
9.) a "songs of guitar hero" guitar book
10.) chopsticks
11.) a $10 Harkins giftcard
12.) Gomorrah by Roberto Saviano
13.) my parents got my satellite image of Mars from last year framed
14.) some pajamas
15.) a bathrobe
16.) Tshirts (nothing special about them, just Land's End ones)
17.) a shower mirror/radio
18.) an electric toothbrush
19.) peanut butter m&ms, some peanut buttercups and a candy cane
Anyway, everybody have a righteous Christmas!

We didn't do a seafood christmas. Black just bought some shrimp for me, wrapped it up and stuck it in the freezer, and then had me unwrap it this morning. So, it's not that we have a bunch of shrimp, it's that I HAVE A BUNCH OF SHRIMP! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! :crazy

It's delicious.

The one I got wasn't actually from that website, heh - I just linked to that website since I, myself, didn't even know what it was called until Christmas day, heh. I mean, I've seen them, before, and I guess spoon rest is as good a name as any, but I dunno... I can think of a lot of names for it, heh. Ladle holder, ladle rest, spatula holder, etc.
