ok so my X-Box 360 was working fine.......

I turned it on one day to watch a movie and the movie starting going

different colors....like the red was purple and such....it was bad....

I thought it was my T.V. at first....so we played some Madden 2007...

then it got all yellow...and kept flickering....so i turned it off and turned it

back on and it never came back on.... I tried my cords and hard drive

on my friends 360 it all works....i plug mine in then nothing......I can't figure

out where to send it to...to get it fixed or anything...I finally found my

receipt today.....i think i have a yr warranty...its only been 11 months...

I need some help ppl....how do i wrap it back up and send it to where? -_-

also I accidently turned it on yesterday and left it on for like 10 minutes

w/o knowing....it started working O_o so i tried a game...it went yellow

again....then I turned it off and back on...and once again never came back

on....I'm so pissed.... and no (red ring of death) which

they called it when it dies completely....it turns on and everything just no

picture.....PLEASE HELP!

unfortunately, I have no idea how to solve that. I would just send it back and take the refund. Or I'd get it looked at by people at the closest gamestop or BestBuy.

You'd probably need to call Microsoft up and get an RMA number. Instructions on what to do from there should come with the number. They may have a website, too.

That said, I think all Xbox 360's now have three year warranties, per this:
