You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/admin_proxy.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

That's a server configuration problem. Is there a .htaccess file in the admin directory?

not in the admin directory? There's an .htaccess file file in public_html directory.

Do i need to add access rights in admin folder using .htaccess file?

You shouldn't have to do anything for admin_proxy.php that you didn't have to do for any other php files.

You might want to contact your host and have them examine the problem..
