200k does sound like a reasonable price to me. Unfortunately, I've already got 4 lava battlestaves and don't really need more.

It is indeed Megafrost. I haven't played for a couple months, but I may get back on soon.
I've gotten all of my battlestaves from aberrant specters. They and infernal mages both drop the lava battlestaff. Originally the lava battlestaff was obtainable only from the kalphite queen, which is why it was so expensive.
