the new Tower of Babble / Spammer's Market

The Polar Actualization forum has been renamed to Tower of Babble, and has been moved to the top of the Main Forum category.

The old Tower of Babble has been renamed to Spammer's Market, and has been moved to the bottom of the Main Forum category.

Pursuent to this change, all spam posted in the new Tower of Babble will be moved to the Spammer's Market.

The rationale behind this move is that the top forum is also the most visibile to potentially new members, and the topics in the old Polar Actualization forum should appeal much more to members than most of the topics in the old Tower of Babble.

The rationale for changing the name of Polar Actualization to what would have otherwise been an existing forum name is that the Tower of Babble is, imho, a good name for whatever forum is the top most forum.
