list of america's richest people

I'm sure you've all seen the Forbes Richest People lists. Bill Gates is on top, Warren Buffet, Michael Dell, and other similarily recognizable people are up there. Aside from the fact that the founders of Google are moving up rather rapidly, they're not really all that exciting or noteworthy.

This list, however, is interesting:

It's basically a list of people who - at one time or another - held the title of richest person in America. John D. Rockefeller is on there, as is Andrew Carnagie. Bill Gates is obviously on there, too.

Anyway, it's an interesting list / forray through history.
