Cannibalism

Postby Nyufrost » Thu Jan 30, 2003 5:26 am

What does anyone think of cannibalism?

We have all heard of the infamous Donner Party that got lost in the Sierras and wound up eating each other to avoid starvation.

So, since we were talking about hunting animals for sport in another thread, what about hunting other people for sport as long as you eat your catch?

Note: this is a secret contest thread .... anyone can post in it but only official contestants will get points for doing so.

Cannibalism is disgusting and repulsive. Even animals never do it (or most of them anyhow).

well....i'd have to be really hungry...and perhaps delirious, and pretend the other person is a huge hamburger or something :lila:

but i'd not do it...if it came down to starvation then...i'da prolly died before that o.o

Do you ever wonder why cannibals don't eat clowns?

Because they taste funny, of course :lila:

Actually, if it came down to it, I think I could probably be a cannibal. Probably not if I had to kill the person, but if they already died, and there were no other sources of food... it'd be justified then, right? And besides, humans are suppose to taste a lot like pork, and I like ham. Bacon, too.

This just goes to enforce what I already posted in the hunting threads about man being a scavenger and not a hunter.

I think if you were starving and came across a dead guy in the the woods and you could rip off a chunk of meat and cook it, most people would do so.

Ahhh ... and I didn't get the joke about the clowns ... good thing someone finally did! :p
