As follow-up to the Cobb County case, a federal judge in Atlanta ruled the disclaimer stickers unconstitutional.

I don't really see a problem with those stickers, but they should be amended to include Giga's explanation of the concept of theory. This would be a valuable lesson, since most people, even after finishing high-school science don't actually KNOW what a theory is (relative to a law, or a hypothesis).

I think that ID should be taught in classrooms, mercilessly dissected, and presented as an example of the sort of pseudoscience that certain groups present in order to advance their agendas. (the whole junkscience 'movement' is pseudoscience itself)
