hmmm. i suppose more stringent criteria could be made for putting kids up for adoption. if, however, the criteria becomes too stringent, then kids might be endangered. although i guess the fact that these parents even put their kids up for adoption (as opposed to committing infanticide, or something) is testament to the fact that they care - they just don't care enough, or something... hmmm.

adoption though is a very good thing. it helps ppl that aren't able to have kids. like woman that have miscarriages or are barren or that have a husband that is barren and the ppl that don't want to go through pregnancy and the gay population.

What if corrupt government officials, say, only let supporters of their cause bear children?
