Well, the Drug Czar is rather unhappy with Canada at the moment.

I mean, my god, first we decriminalise marijuana (albeit slightly less well then planned probably partly due to DEA pressure) and now we've opened up a safe injection site. (http://vancouver.cbc.ca/regional/servle ... afe2030915)

My god, they must be afraid we're going to treat these people instead of locking them up and making the problem really go away.

In an ironic twist, the only trait I find completely appaling is intolerance.

Unfortuneatly locking them up does NOTnot make them go away!!! They can obtain drugs in prison.and they go back to their old ways once they get out of prison.The prison system is overloaded as it is,treating them would be better than jailing them.Given drugs are not going to go away,something radical will have to be done to address the problem.Colin.<*>.
