I beleive that an orc is a very underrated creature of darkness, cuz they are often depicted to be of darkness. i beleive this question though was meant to keep people us guessing.

CC, I think it's quite unanimous in the Sillmarillion that men do not go to Mandos, but somewhere outside of Arda.
