Aight, so being so I don't expect any of y'all to know me yet but I'm going to say that I always thought myself to be like Eowyn. (I know, I know, it's not exciting- I didn't bring up some new, exoctic and/or arcane character from the inner depths of the Sil). I've always fought against society's norms, I ride a horse, and i was the only girl in my stage combat certification class. so let's re-cap.... I'd rather be out with my sword than at home with pots and pans, I'd gallop around in armor even if it means getting a sword through the shoulder, and I've got the whole "i'm a princess so I'm going to flounce about the castle with my billowing sleeves and look upset" thing when I'm angry.

Hey Talim/Eowyn... what about an unrequitted love? Having it would make you the perfect Eowyn, specially if we know you will find letter your perfect partner. But if that is the case, you will be suffering the sam she did...

I like Eowyn a lot. When I was a kid I played with my sisters and they had not read the book yet. I always taught them how to be Eowyn, Arwen and Galadriel

I like Finrod- he is always willing to help people and is devoted and a good leader. Unfortunately, since I'm a girl, I couldn't be Finrod.

So I'd have to settle with Luthien, who I might have picked anyway because although she isn't really a leader, she is more than ten times more powerful than Finrod- she is half-Maiar.

Although that doesn't explain how she could beat a full-Maiar like Sauron.

Well, there was Huan, who was prophesied to slay the greatest wolf that ever lived - Carcharoth. And Carcharoth, himself, was able to pass through the Girdle of Melain, even though that was supposed to protect from all enemies of a lesser stature than Morgoth.
