best musical....

... or we can say "rock opera" for those of you who can't appreciate the combination of music and theater. I've seen Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Phantom of the Opera, Little Shop of Horrors, Grease, Oklahoma, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (my aunt showed me it when I was 13 O_O ), and Damn Yankees! and I'd have to say my all time favorite is Jesus Christ Superstar, just because the music is so good. What does everyone else think?

I think the closest thing I've seen to a musical is Tim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas. Apart from that, I've seen....a horrible horrible play that was put on at my workplace. Between the two, I'd choose the former. They'd have to pay me to see the latter(which, coincidentally enough, they DID, as I work there :p).

The Nightmare Before Christmas. Though Buffy the Musical was damn good, as was Southpark the Movie. Hehe.
