I've seen it. It wasn't really scary so much as jumpy. Even when there was so much lead up and such, it still made you jump around a bit.

i thought it was kinda scary, but i haven't really seen very many horror movies. it had a really bad ending.

a white noise was a pretty freaky movie lol... havent seen the grudge or the boogy man
